Mark is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ3695) and has been working as a real estate consultant for over 20 years. Mark attended Saint Edward's High School in Vero Beach before attending the University of Florida and earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Mark is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker (BK3187505) and a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM42329). Mark is the managing partner of Preuss, Moore and Associates with primary emphasis on commercial appraisals and consulting assignments. Mark has performed real estate appraisal services for Truist Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, iThink Financial, SouthState Bank, Saint John's Water Management District, South Florida Water Management District, the General Service Administration, FAA and various municipalities and counties throughout the State of Florida. Mark also specialized in real estate development consulting such as Market Study Reports, Supply and Demand Analysis, Highest and Best Use Analysis and Feasibility Studies.
Mark resides in Vero Beach, Florida with his three children and his wife, Lisa. Outside of appraising real estate he serves his community as a volunteer youth soccer coach with Indian River Soccer Association and participates in various local charity events. His organizations of interest include Boot Campaign, Hibiscus House, Heathcoat Botanical Gardens, Ducks Unlimited, March of Dimes, NWTF and CCA.

Adam B. Preuss, MAI is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ1991) and a MAI designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute. As a second generation and highly respected real estate professional in Indian River County, Adam B. Preuss, MAI has the knowledge, experience and integrity you can trust when valuing your most valuable assets. Adam has over 25 years of experience appraising residential and commercial properties throughout Indian River & Brevard Counties. Adam received Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Real Estate and Real Estate Valuation from the University of Florida. Adam is an approved appraiser for the United States Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Adam has served as Special Magistrate Appraiser for the Florida Department of Revenue and a Qualified Expert Witness for both the State and Federal Court System. Adam is also a Past President of the Realtors Association of Indian River County and Past Appraisal Council Chair for Florida Realtors. Out of the office Adam enjoys time with his family and being active in the community with organizations such as United Way, Exchange Club and other local charities.
